Q: Can I make a payment after the item is delivered?
A: We are sorry, but this is not possible. We start production after receiving full payment in advanced from customers who place orders through the internet or by phone call. Q: Is payment on delivery acceptable?
A: No. We offer a processing service and deliver custom-made, one-off products. Since the products we sell are not like ready-made products sold in general online shops, we cannot accept payment on delivery as such shops do. Please understand this difference in our business. Q: Do you accept payment in installments acceptable?
A: We do not accept payment in installments. It might be possible to pay us using PayPal in one go, and then use a credit card to pay PayPal in installments.
Q: What is PayPal?
A: You can use PayPal to replace credit card payments. Since you can make payments without a credit card number, it is safer for you.
Q: Can I pay by credit card payment?
A: This is not currently available, but we are working on it.
Q: Since I would like to get the product as soon as possible, could you start working on it right after I make the payment?
A: Please contact us by phone or email after completing the order procedure. We will start creating your product after confirming payment. If you make a money transfer outside of bank business hours, please note that the receipt of the money will be confirmed after the banks reopen.
Q: Can you issue a receipt?
A: We handle the money received as a deposit until the amount to be paid is finalized,; therefore, we can send a certificate of deposit. This is because the amount to be paid may change due to reasons such as size changes. We can send a receipt after you approve the finishing sample paper and we start the engraving process, since we cannot make any changes after that, and the payment amount will be finalized. At that time, the certificate of deposit will become invalid.
Q: Can you issue a receipt in the case of a cancellation?
A: If we receive a cancellation request during the cancellable period, we will stop all processing and send a receipt for the part of the deposit which cannot be returned due to the cancellation. Since the balance will be returned, we cannot issue a receipt for that.
Q: Can make payment later if we are a corporation?
A: We only accept payment in advance for an initial transaction, even with corporations.
