A: If you want to install it on concrete or plaster board, the most suitable installation method is the Flat type or the White frame type with round-holes and anchor bolts. Please ask your nearest specialist vendor for details.

If you plan to move the product or if you cannot create large holes in a wall because you are renting your house, temporary installation is also possible with Hyper Pin S (we will send it together with the product upon request). However, the installation strength is lower with this type.

A: Round holes plus wood screws are suitable for this.

Since thicker wood screws are used, it would be the best if you had a drill to create base holes, and impact drivers, if possible.

A: Since our main business is photo processing and we do not have sufficient experience in building construction, we ask our partner vendors to perform installation tasks. If you need work performed which you cannot handle, such as creating holes in concrete, marble or a solid plate wall for bolts to be inserted into, we will request a specialist vendor with sufficient skills and experience to perform the tasks to avoid any accidents. Therefore, you will be charged the installation costs separately. You may be able to reduce the cost by directly asking a local vendor, since it may cost more such as to travel to some areas.

If you yourself place an order with a vendor for the installation tasks, it would be better to talk with the vendor about the specifications of the parts with which the product is to be fixed to the wall (e.g. in relation to the diameter of the bolt holes, intervals and quantities).

A: This is possible if you use keyholes plus bolts with the Double-sided J-shaped type, Single-sided J-shaped type and Double-sided J-shaped frame type, or if you install it with string suspension or by hanging it from wires. For the Flat type, you will need to remove the bolts in order to move the product.

If you install the product with anchor-type bolts for either type, you will basically have to leave it in place. You need a special tool to remove it, and it is possible that the product might get damaged when you break the bolts.

A: Since it has a simple structure and is made with 1.5 mm of a thick plate, it will not get damaged by impacts which are likely to occur in everyday life. However, for instance, if a large, strong and heavy object such as a steel shelf hits the product when it is being moved, its shape may become deformed.

Since the Single-sided J-shaped type is not installed flush against a wall, and as it is just fixed at the two points at the back of the product, it is relatively easy for it to get bent if hit with a strong force.

On the other hand, the Flat type will not get damaged easily although it depends on the strength of the wall. If you hit it strongly, such as with a hammer on purpose, it is possible that the engraved parts on the front side may be slightly destroyed.

A: When receiving an order to make a Table-top type product, we will ask you about the environment in which it will be placed, and if it will be placed on material which is easily damaged, we will attach cushioning material to the bottom of the product. Also, the corners of the lower side are rounded. However, since the product is made of stainless steel, if it hits wood or cloth, it is possible that the other object may be damaged. If you use it on an important table or shelf, it is safe to not place the product directly on top of it, but to place it on a protective sheet.
