Gravestones with embedded photos have not been generally seen until recently. Existing photo processing techniques are limited in terms of durability. They have not really been used probably because existing photo processing techniques are limited in terms of durability and could not provide suitable photos which can last for long periods of time for graves which will be left for subsequent generations.

Moreover, there are services for directly engraving photos on black granite stones. Since this technique processes the stone itself, it has great durability; however, this method cannot create a bright white color for white parts of the original photo. It only achieves gray because the color is affected by the base black of the stone due to its method of achieving white at certain parts through irregular reflection, which is through making the stone surface of those parts coarse. This technique has an image quality issue that the overall picture tends to appear dark.

We sometimes see relief portraits but they do not really look like the person they are supposed to represent.

Millennium Photo is a new method of displaying images on gravestones.

Although gravestones are exposed to wind and rain, Millennium Photos and Stainless Photos, which are made of 100% high corrosion-resistant stainless steel and which do not easily rust, can last for long periods of time.

Photos of your important loved ones will be kept for generations.

Millennium Photos and Stainless Photos are for black and white photos; however, black and white can be better for keeping good memories rather than full-colored photos, which tend to be too vivid.

Millennium Photos and Stainless Photos are also suitable for graves of pets.

Millennium Photos and Stainless Photos are not reliefs based on photos but directly process photos as they are; therefore, it cannot happen that person shown on a Millennium Photo or Stainless Photo does not look like the actual person.

If a Millennium Photo or Stainless Photo is directly attached to a gravestone, the most suitable method of attaching it to the stone is strongly fixing the photo using special bolts called “anchor bolts” after making round holes at the four corners of the stone (round holes plus anchor bolts). Flat type images are used for this method.

Please enquire with us for creating an entire grave.

Moreover, the number of lifetime years may vary depending on the climate of the site where the gravestone is placed and the usage conditions. For details please see here.
