The design of products of the flat type is that of a flat metal plate without modifications. Since this type is simple, it is the strongest amongst all of our products, and is at lower prices.

Hole drilling processing for fixation with screws can be performed upon request, such as in 4 corners and 2 sides on the top and the bottom. Bolts and anchor bolts can be put through such holes to fix the product on the wall. For large-sized products, we can drill a larger number of holes. It is also possible to embed products into the wall without bending their corners and without drilling holes. This type is highly suitable for fixation on gravestones, memorial monuments, doors and street surfaces, and not only on walls.

Please specify the sizes and positions of holes. If not specified, the size will be M8, which is the standard. Engraving on both the front and reverse sides can be performed on products with the longest side of up to 60cm. If the size is larger than this, engravings can be performed only on the front side.

Moreover, if the size of the longer side is 60cm or longer, the reverse side may have scratches.

Available margin types are gradation margin, which looks like a hand-drawn illustration, black margin, and pattern margin. You can also choose a cut-off which leaves no margin.

Installation method

For strength and durability related reasons, round holes plus bolt is the most suitable method for products to be placed indoors, and the round hole plus anchor bolt method is the most suitable for those placed outdoors. Counter-sinking plus counter-sinking screws is also available for smaller-sized products. Products can also be embedded without drilling holes.
