Products of this type have a soft design which is suitable for living spaces.

The product has a unique form with the top and the bottom sides rolled.

It is possible not only to roll the top and bottom sides as shown in the illustration, but also to round off the left and right sides.

Since products of the flat type have bolts exposed, they tend to give a rough and unsophisticated impression; however, products of this type do not show fixation products such as bolts; therefore, they do not have unnecessary elements and emphasize the image itself. Moreover, the shape of the products of this type is soft with the top and the bottom (alternatively the left and right) sides rolled; therefore, they appear to naturally match the room space.

Products of the single-sided J-shaped type have only one side - either the top bottom left or right - rolled; however, products of this double-sided J-shaped type have both the top and the bottom side rolled; therefore, they have improved visual balance. Additionally, products of this type can be fixed stronger than the other type. It is also easier to remove dust from them.

If a product of this type is large, it is difficult to install it; therefore, there is a maximum limit to the processing size.

Image circumference processing

As shown in the illustration, gradation margins and black margins are available. It is also possible to apply a cut-off only to the left and right sides without leaving margins (or on the top and bottom sides).

Installation method

As shown in the illustration, the keyholes plus bolt method is the most suitable for firmly fixing products.

Due to structural reasons, it is not possible to screw and insert bolts and screws into products of this type from their front; therefore, a box wrench cannot be used. A wrench or a monkey wrench should be inserted from the side, and bolts should be rotated. When the round holes plus bolt method is used, bolts cannot be used if their length would come into contact with the plate material. The acceptable length of bolts is up to approximately 20mm, including their head parts. If it is possible to squeeze bolts into products from the reverse side of the wall, the round hole plus bolts method can be used without limiting the lengths of bolts, by tightening nuts from the side from the front. However, it is necessary to make adjustments using washers by checking the thickness of the wall and the length of the bolts so that the edges of the bolt do not get stuck on the longer side with the J-shape type.

The round hole plus anchor bolt method is not available for this design. Easy installation methods are wire, rope, wall hooks and nails. However, products installed with such methods may fall in an event such as an earthquake.

Please specify the positions of holes such as 4 sides for keyholes and 2 holes for hooks at two sides on the top.
