Cancellations after order placement can be made; however, they cannot be made after the commencement of engraving work on the metal plate, which is the final stage.
Cancellation fees vary depending on the degree of progress of the work which has been completed. Please note that cancellation fees are higher at later stages of work because a greater amount of expenses have been spent by that stage.
The reason why we charge a cancellation fee of 50% after having sent the paper finishing sample is because over half the overall creation process has been completed by that stage, and therefore, we request customers to pay for work completed up to that point. If a cancellation is made at that stage, even though only a paper finishing sample will have been delivered to the customer, considerable time and cost will have been spent.
Once the engraving work has been commenced after approval is obtained from the customer for the finishing sample paper, cancellations will not be accepted.
If you would like to cancel an order, please make sure to let us know at the earliest stage possible.
Cancellations are accepted up to the commencement of engraving tasks. Upon cancellation, we will issue a receipt for the relevant cancellation, and refund the remaining part of the funds received by credit card or PayPal.
In the case of a bank transfer, the paid amount will be handled as a deposit until the commencement of engraving work, and we will issue a receipt for it.
If you cancel an order placed via bank transfer, we will issue a receipt showing the amount to be charged to cover the cancellation fee, and the remaining amount will be returned to your designated bank account. We will pay the transfer fee for processing any refunds.
