Ordering

Since all processes in creating our products are manually performed, it takes a considerable amount of time for a product to be delivered after an order is received.

The schedule will be calculated from the time of payment confirmation for the delivery of the original image.

If we take a photo to be used, the schedule will be calculated from the day on which the photo to be used is selected.

We will send a paper finishing sample in the actual size by post or EMS so that you can check the surface processing condition and the text to be engraved on the reverse side. A sample for a Millennium Photo will be sent out approximately 7 working days of the initial day within the schedule, and a Stainless Photo sample will be sent within 3 working days of the initial day within the schedule. If an error is found in the text or if there is a request in relation to processing, changes can be made free of charge as many times as you need, and the sample will be resent to you; however, an additional number of days will be required for this process.

The product will be delivered within 12 to 20 working days of the time when you give us the go-ahead. A larger number of days are required for special order items. We will let you know if your order is being made during a busy period at the time we receive it. We will also let you know a rough delivery schedule.

If work is carried out without any particular issues, the product will usually be delivered within 45 to 60 days of the order placement (this includes the delivery time). There may be delays in delivery due to reasons related to postal services.

The delivery time varies depending on how busy we are. The information given above is for reference.
