Ordering

We will not start working on your order until we check payment by either credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. Please note that we will not accept later payment, such as payment upon delivery. We will also not accept payment in installments.

We also require prepayment from companies. We do not accept payment through bills or vendor financing.

We will commence the work after checking that payment has been received. We can start work straightaway once we have confirmation by either e-mail or telephone that payment procedures have been completed.

Also, please note that the delivery schedule is calculated from the date of payment confirmation.

Our products differ from conventional photo-processing services which are easy to execute. As you can see from the process until delivery, our products are created through a completely order made service, involving consultation with customers. Also, the creation process requires more work and higher costs than ordinary photographs.

We assume that our customers are not familiar with our services, and the product may end up being different from what the customer expected, or the customer may change their minds during processing. In order to handle such situations, we receive the total amount at the beginning of processing, so that we can provide a refund after charging an amount for the work which has been completed up to the time of cancellation. This system allows customers to cancel orders without worrying about getting a partial refund.

Therefore, customers can cancel orders at any point up to engraving work commencement.
