It is possible to modify or change the design for free up to the commencement of engraving work.

Following the commencement of engraving work, changes cannot be made.

 

However, even during the period in which changes are permitted, the following changes cannot be made free of charge. Such changes will require cancellation or payment of a fee.

 

Not accepted: Replacing photos (only for Millennium Photos — they can be changed for Stainless Photo)

Not accepted: Significant size changes of the photo(only for Millennium Photos — they can be changed for Stainless Photo)

The size of a Millennium Photo can be changed within a range between 90% and 150% of the original size after sending a finishing sample paper. For size changes greater than this, the order needs to be cancelled.

 

The following changes can be made.

A change from a Millennium Photo to a Stainless Photo

A change from a Stainless Photo to a Millennium Photo (incurs additional fee)

Changing the plate size while keeping the image size the same (this may incur an additional fee)

Changing the type, such as from the flat type to the table photo type (this may incur an additional fee)

Changes to only the text or design while leaving the photo itself and the size and changed can be made free of charge

Photo brightness

Changing the circumference of the photo, such as from a gradation margin to a black margin
