A: We will provide quotations for exact prices; however, for a rough estimate, if your requested size is smaller than a standard size in the list, then the price will be almost the same as the relevant standard size.

A: For duplicates, as long as everything on the product, including text, is the same for each item, we offer a 50% discount from the second duplicate.

However, since this is produced by hand, it is impossible to produce the exactly same quality item as can be achieved with printing. It is possible that there may be differences, such as subtle brightness differences between each item. When placing your order, please understand that this is a feature of handmade products.

A: If the original photo is exactly the same and the requested size and processing are different, we offer a 20% discount from the official price of the second duplicate and thereafter (producing a different version of the same photo).

A: If you place many orders at the same time, we will offer you a volume discount. Please ask us for details. You cannot use other discounts above together with this.

A: As you say, this is expensive when compared to general color photos which you can buy for less than a dollar. It is natural to think that way, considering that our photos cost a thousand dollars or more.

You might feel it is expensive when you think of our products as photos. However, what if you thought of them as sculptures? If you ordered a custom-made metal sculpture, it would cost more than ten thousand dollars.

A: Our products are handmade. Making a single product requires dozens of work process and may take over a month to produce. We may be able to offer lower prices if we can develop a method to make production easier in the future; however, this is not possible in future. Except for duplicate production of the identical images, we cannot offer any discounts. Thank you for your understanding.

A: There are many other cheap photo processing services, and we recommend using them.

A Millennium Photo product is not an essential item for life, and we believe that it is not a product to be purchased if it is beyond your budget.

A: For the flat type, 250 × 330 mm is the smallest among standard sizes. You can order a smaller size; however, the price will not be cheaper than the smallest standard size.

A: Since Millennium Photo recreates contrast with aggregations of fine lines, the level of detail is less than with ordinary photos. If the product size is large, this effect does not stand out; however, with smaller sizes, the closer you look at a Millennium Photo, the more you will notice the roughness of its detail.

For small-sized Millennium Photos, we narrow the pitches of the grooves compared to the standard products and process the product in more detail, so that it can as detailed as possible. In theory, prices for smaller products should be higher than for standard sizes; however, we try to not increase prices for small products.

However, since there is a limit to how detailed the processing can be, smaller products have less detail anyhow. Therefore, we tend to not recommend small sizes.
