Q: Is there a risk of a product falling off from a wall?

A: For the Flat type and White frame type:

If you install the product with round holes plus bolts or round holes plus anchor bolts, it will never off from the surface on which it is installed due to its shape changing or due to wear.

For the Double-sided J-shaped type and Single-sided J-shaped type:

If you install the product by tightening bolts with keyholes plus bolts, it will almost never fall off. If the product is attached without tightening the bolts, it may fall off if it swings a lot. It is considered that that products installed using Hyper Pin S can fall off easily. This is just a temporary method. Products installed using wires, string suspension, nailing, adhesives and adhesive tapes may also fall off such as if they swinging due to an earthquake. In order to prevent such accidents, we recommend fixing your product such as with bolts. We will ask you about information on the wall on which the product is to be installed, and propose the best fixing method, when you place an order.

For the Double-sided J-shaped frame type:

Since this type is assembled with screws, the product may break if subjected to a strong impact.

For the Floating type:

There is a frame on the reverse side of the product; however, since it is attached with an adhesive, it is possible that the product may fall off when the adhesive deteriorates. It is also possible that the product will break if a subjected to a strong impact. If you need to strengthen the product more, it is also possible to weld it in place.

For the Table-top type:

Since the product is just put on a board, any impact can make it fall off easily. In order to prevent this from occurring, it is effective to make holes on the bottom surface and fasten the product with bolts.

Q: I have an allergy to metal. Will I have any problems?

A: Even if you live in a room in which there is a Millennium Photo or Stainless Photo, it will not cause a biological response particularly different from other metal products. The surface of stainless steel does not spread allergens or toxic substances.

In relation to touching the product with your bare hands, if you do not have any difficulties when you use stainless steel spoons or forks on a daily basis, it is assumed that there will be no problem when you touch a Millennium Photo or Stainless Photo, which are made of materials with similar elements as they are.

It is believed that stainless steel is hypoallergenic; however, it contains nickel and chromium, and if you are sensitive enough to have a nickel allergy, we cannot say that it is impossible that these elements will cause a metal allergy. It might better to avoid wearing the product like an accessary.

However, Millennium Photos are normally placed on walls, and it is assumed you will have few reasons to touch the product directly; therefore, this should not be a concern.

In the case of the brass clear coating finishing, since it undergoes a hard coating surface process and there is no metal exposure, it is assumed that it cannot directly cause a metal allergy.

Brass base material finishing or patina finishing might cause a metal allergy by direct contact with your skin. Please avoid frequently touching it.

Q: You process the product with chemicals — do they have any impact on health?

A: Since the chemicals used in processing are completely washed away, there are no detectable chemicals left on the product. There will be no product problem even if you touch the product of your bare hands. However, since the product is not intended to be used as tableware, please refrain from putting food on it. Also, please be careful enough to not let children lick it.

Q: Please tell me about the waste water disposal for the processing chemicals.

A: We have obtained disposal certification for all used chemicals generated in the production process of our products by asking an officially-licensed industrial waste disposal vendor. Washing water is deposed of directly into the sewage system. Since remaining chemicals are cleared and wiped with paper before washing in order to reduce the remaining chemicals as much as possible, we consider that the contamination in the sewage system is quite small, and there is no problem in terms of the environmental burden.
