Products of this type have a design which gives the appearance that the Millennium Photo is wrapped in a white stainless plate.

If you would like to have the circumferences of the image white as in the white frame type and also would like to hide the bolts, please select this type.

Products of this type use a stainless plate (in the case of Millennium Photos and Stainless Photos) with a window opening and with hairline finishing covering the main part. Since the main part is protected by this plate like a shield, it is difficult for the product to get scratched, even if an external force is applied.

It is possible to create the window on the front plate with a size slightly smaller than that of the image so that there will be no gap between the image and the front plate. It is also possible to create a window of the front plate with a size slightly larger than that of the image so that the front plate does not cover the image. See the illustration. If the window is smaller than the image, the photo circumference is hidden by approximately 1-2mm. Also the shadow of the front plate may be shed onto the image depending on the lighting.

All products of this type are made of stainless steel and are fixed only with screws without using adhesives; therefore, strength can be maintained for a long period of time.

The internal supporting parts of products of this type may not be able to withstand the weight if the size is large; therefore, there is a maximum size for processing.

It may take an additional 3-5 working days until delivery compared to other products.

Image circumference processing

If the window is larger than the screen, the circumference of the image on the main body will be exposed by several millimeters. Gradation margins and black margins are available for processing of this type.

Installation method

The keyhole plus bolt is the optimal installation method.

Due to structural reasons, bolts and screws cannot be rotated and inserted into the products of this type; therefore, a box wrench cannot be used. A wrench or a monkey wrench is inserted from the side to rotate the bolts. In the case of the round holes plus bolt method, bolts cannot be used if their length would get stuck on the plate material. The length should be up to approximately 20mm, including the head part.

If it is possible to squeeze bolts into products from the reverse side of the wall, the round holes plus bolt method can also be used without limiting bolt length by tightening nuts from the side on the front. However, it is necessary to make adjustments using washers by checking the thickness of the wall and the bolt length so that bolt edges do not get stuck on the J-shaped longer side of the product. The round hole plus anchor bolt cannot be used for installation of this type.

Easy installation methods are wire, rope, hooks and nails. However, products installed through such methods may fall in an event such as an earthquake.

Please specify the positions of holes, such as 4 sides for keyholes and 2 holes for hooks at two sides on the top.
